Beloved wife and mother LauraLee "Laura" Alberta Ramsey, 77, of Harrison died at home on Sunday, October 8, 2023.

LauraLee Ramsey was born in San Francisco, California in 1946 to Hugo Alfred and Hazel Marie DeAntoni, and moved to Arkansas in 1966.

She will be remembered for her kindness, welcoming nature and joyful laughter.  Also known as NeNe by the family, LauraLee never met a stranger. She had a way of making everybody feel welcome in her home and in her life, and she will be greatly missed during the holidays. Her grandkids remember, "Thanksgiving was her day and included friends and family from far and wide. It will not be the same without her."  She loved thrift shopping and never drove by a yard sale without stopping.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kirsten Marie Morris.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, William "Charles" Ramsey; four children, Peter Alfred Ramsey of Harrison, and spouse, Helina Jinna, Charles Patrick Ramsey of Harrison, Edith Marie Morris of Temple, Texas and spouse, Brad Morris, and Ona Lee Allison of Temple, Texas; and honorary daughter, Jessica Anna Clanton of Harrison; one sister, MaryAnn Hall of Concord, California and her spouse, Dave Hall; 11 grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

A memorial service for LauraLee Ramsey will be held at The Church at Silver Valley, 2262 Milam Cemetery Rd. N., Friday, October 13, 2023, from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m.
