Kenneth Wayne Stanfield, age 65 of Harrison, Arkansas went to be with the Lord April 30, 2014.

He was born May 26, 1948 in Fort Riley, Kansas the son of James and Rachel "Inez" (Gammill) Stanfield. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother-in-law, Harry Doyle; and a sister, Nancy Doyle.

Ken served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era and was a long time employee of Tysons.

Ken enjoyed fishing (whether the fish were biting or not), watching science fiction movies, and spending time with his dear friend, Dale Jenkins.

He is survived by his brother, James Stanfield and wife, Nob and their son, Shawn: nephew, Bill Doyle & wife, Vanessa: niece, Leslie Nichols & husband, Clint: and niece, Debra Simmerlien.

There was a memorial service for Kenneth Wednesday, May 14, 2014  at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

Honorary Pallbearers were Dale Jenkins, James Stanfield, Bill Doyle, Clint Nichols, Shawn Stanfield, the staff of Bristol Pointe Health & Rehab, and his Tyson co-workers.
