Kenneth Cleveland Carter of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The son of Nathaniel and Brittney (Bailey) Carter was born that same day in Little Rock.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Nathaniel Carter Jr.; a grandmother, Lillian Bryant and several aunts, uncles and great-grandparents.
He is survived by his parents of the home; one brother, Kompton Carter of Harrison; a grandmother, Penny Carter of Harrison; a grandfather, Randall Kilgore of Jasper, Arkansas; great-grandparents, Hugene and Becky Campbell of Marble Falls, Arkansas and Lou Kilgore of Yellville, Arkansas; and several aunts, uncles and cousins who will mourn his passing.
Graveside services will be held at Maplewood Cemetery on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 2:00 pm with Randall Kilgore presiding.
