Kelly Lorraine Tetrick, age 47 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 14, 2008 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
The daughter of Harvey Tetrick, Jr. and Barbara (Coble) Saunders, she was born September 22, 1960 in Houston, Missouri.
Kelly elected to donate her remains to science.
There will be a memorial service at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
