IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Keith Ray
Mcinturff
December 27, 1929 – August 28, 2025
Keith Ray McInturff, 95, of Harrison, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Hillcrest Home surrounded by his family.
The son of Ernest and Roxie (Mason) McInturff was born on December 27, 1929 in Dongola, Arkansas.
Keith was a lifelong resident of Boone and Searcy Counties. He worked at Claridge Products for 25 years as a press operator and in maintenance, retiring in 1995. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting, especially for deer and squirrel. He was very proud of his wild hog kill at age 86. He was an avid sports fan of the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs and Arkansas Razorbacks. He enjoyed vegetable gardening and always loved sharing the abundant veggies that he grew. You would never see him drive anything but a Chevrolet Pickup, and he liked to poke at those who chose to drive anything else—especially his son-in-law Brad.
Keith was intelligent, a hard worker, and a great provider. He always found a way to "make do" with minimal resources and didn't require a lot of material possessions to enjoy life. He had a great sense of humor, laced with smart alec comebacks and good zingers. Keith was kind, caring and loved his family. He was a father figure and mentor to his nieces and nephews when needed, and they all loved and admired him in return.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Shirley McInturff (1988) ; his second wife, Rosa McInturff (2005); his partner and best friend, Virgina "Fern" Arnold (2023); his brothers, Leroy, Devoy, and JB McInturff; and his sisters, Modene Steen, Ernestine Hogue, Wanda McInturff, Shirley McInturff, Carol Choate, and Gail Smith.
Survivors include one daughter, Jane (Brad) Daniels; his only grandson, Benjamin (Lakyn) Daniels; and bonus daughters, Becky (Ricky) Poor and Rita Tramell; a host of nieces and nephews, and his lifelong best friends and hunting and fishing buddies, Dick Trammell and Bob Galligher.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.
Graveside service is Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Love Cemetery in St. Joe, Arkansas. His nephew Gary Hunter will officiate.
Pallbearers will be his nephews and great nephews. Honorary pallbearers are Gary and Esther Hunter, Brenda and Dale Martin, Janice Choate, Phyllis Martin, all of the staff at Maple Esplanade where he lived for over 5 years, Dr. Blake Chitsey, and Amanda Chitsey.
Memorial donations may be made to Three Wishes for Ruby's Residents at 216 S Pine St Harrison, AR 72601
