Kathy Jo Allen, of Harrison, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. She was 52 years old.

The daughter of Virgil Walter and Vada Jane (Edmonson) Payne was born on October 10, 1969 in Harrison, Arkansas.

Kathy enjoyed fishing and arrowhead hunting and loved spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Carl Payne; and one sister, Loretta Eddings.

Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Todd Allen; one son, Devin Allen; stepdaughter, Sarah Spears and husband, JT; two sisters, Ellen Wynn and Vickie Britt; two grandchildren, Adeline and Hayden Spears; and a host of nieces and nephews.
