Judy Willene Taylor, age 77, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Cox Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri.

The daughter of Eldon and Juanita (Gregory) Downing was born August 13, 1946 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She lived in Colorado for several years and always missed the mountains after she moved back to Arkansas.

Judy attended Capps Full Gospel Church and loved her church and her church family. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed shopping.

Judy is survived by her sisters, Pam and Risa; her son, Michael Cowan and granddaughter, Audra; her daughter, Melissa Montoya-Bolin and grandson, Brandon, and great grandson, Zandon; and many other family and friends.

Memorial service will be at 11 AM, Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Capps Full Gospel Church.  Bro. Eddie Reed will officiate.
