Judith Ann Wilt, age 78 of Jasper, AR, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

The daughter of Vernon and Jessie (Castner) Erickson was born November 3, 1945, in Ames, Iowa.

Judith worked as a CNA at the Jasper Nursing Home for many years.  She also worked in home health care and had her beautician license.  She enjoyed flower gardening and raising chickens.  She also enjoyed selling her famous angel food cakes, oatmeal cookies, granola bars, and kringla cookies at the Jasper Farmers Market.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Bob Wilt of Jasper; her children, Andy Fortner, Bob Wilt, Jack Wilt, Ryan Wilt, Tony Wilt, Ellen Palmer, Bora Rasco, and Martha Wilt; her brother Bud Erickson; 17 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous friends in the Jasper community.

Cremation and arrangements are with Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper. A memorial visitation will be held from 11 AM to 1 PM on Thursday May 9 (2024) at Newton County Senior Center in Jasper.
