Judith "Judy" Carol Cook, age 78 of Bergman, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.
The daughter of Ralph and Althea Ruth (Blessing) Leaf was born December 18, 1937 in Waukegan, Illinois.
Judy had been living in this area since 1995 and was a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her family considered her the heart of their household.
She was preceded in death by her father Ralph in 2001, her mother Althea Ruth in 2007, her husband Donald Leslie Cook in 2001, a grandson, Matthew Brian Cook, and a granddaughter, Leona Cook.
Judy is survived by her sons, Robert Eugene Cook and wife Mary Louise of South Lyon, Michigan; Lee Allen Cook and wife Tina Marie of Rockvale, Colorado; her daughters, CarolAnn Cook of Bergman, Arkansas and Gayle Lynn Goforth and husband Richard of Seminole, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Randall Roland Cook, Joel Allen Cook, Kevin Michael Cook, Nathan Cook, Daniel Cook, Tracy Lynn Davis, Barbara Jean Berry, Nicholas Goforth, Faith Goforth, Rosemarie Campbell-Cook and wife Ashley Nicole, Jessica Ivy Marie Wright and husband Johnny; and great grandchildren, Jonathan Haginger, Princeton Haginger, Erick Henry Wright and Russell Wright, and many other relatives and friends who will mourn her passing.
There will be a private family memorial service at York Cemetery.
