Juanita Henson, age 77 of Western Grove, Arkansas passed away at home on Thursday, April 22, 2021 with her family by her side.

She was born at Red Rock, Arkansas on December 25, 1943, the daughter of Ernie and Wilma (Kelly) Collins.  She had lived in Newton County most of her life.

Juanita loved spending time with her family.  She was a loving and caring mom, grandma and sister.  She enjoyed gardening, canning, crocheting and fishing.  She had in infectious laugh and she was always smiling.

She had asked Jesus into her heart and after a hard-fought battle with her health the last 6 months, she is now rejoicing in her heavenly home with her family that passed before her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Normal Collins and Troy Collins, three infant brothers, a sister, Ivy Collins and her husband, Joe Henson.

Juanita is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Barbara Nichols; her granddaughter, Ilah Beth Nichols; two brothers, James (Jean) Collins and Ronnie (Ruth) Collins; four sisters, Ethel Collins, Evelyn Self, Mary Lou McLemore and Geneva Deckard, several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who loved her and will miss her.

Funeral service will be at 2 PM, Monday, April 26, 2021 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper with Rev. Dorvin Ricketts officiating.  Burial will follow in Crossroads Cemetery at Deer.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service on Monday beginning at 1 PM.

Pallbearers are Troy Collins, Rondal Campbell, David Allen Campbell, Louis Moak, Richard Collins and Greg Deckard.

Honorary pallbearers are Rex Cross, Adam Greenhaw and Greg Collins.
