Obituary
Joyce Ann Groves, age 67, of Jasper, AR. died Sunday, April 19, 2009 at the North Arkansas Regional Medical Ceneter in Harrison.
She was born August 6, 1941 in New Castle, Indiana, the daughter of Clifford and Fern (Lovegrove) Tutterrow.
She had worked at the Jasper Christian Book Store from 1993 to 2005 and was a member and missionary with the Endtime Handmaidens, Inc. and also attended Christ for the World, International in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
She and her husband moved to Newton County on January 23, 1992 from Warsaw, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors are her husband, Larry Dean Groves of Jasper; two sons, Jon Jon Eric Groves of Clear Lake, Iowa and Michael Ray Groves of Warsaw, Indiana; two daughters, Tirzah Renea Miles of Warsaw, Indiana and Sondra SueEllen Khan of Palm Bay, Florida; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at the Ozark Glory Tabernacle south of Jasper at Mockingbird Hill. Visitation was held before the service began. Burial followed in El Shaddai Gardens Cemetery in Engaltal Valley. Bobby Hogan officiated. Pallbearers were Isiah Thompson, Marion Groves, Richard Groves, Lucas Woodard, and Shayne Miles.
