Johnny Leroy Hallmark, age 71, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.

The son of Hershel and Alta Mae (Delk) Hallmark was born in Washington, Indiana on August 19, 1951.  He lived in Harrison most of his life.  He worked as an auto mechanic and installed floor covering for many years.

Johnny enjoyed reading, playing computer games, and watching bull riding and cooking shows.  He loved going deer hunting.  Johnny was a handsome and loving husband.  He was a devoted and caring father and grandfather.  He was often very outspoken and loved to talk.  He was a great listener and jokester.  He loved his granddaughters and was the best grandpa.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his mother and father-in-law, Treva and Bert Daniels, Sr., and a nephew, Scott Lewis.

Johnny is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sandy Hallmark; his son, Freddy Hallmark and wife Lori; his daughter, Bridgette Hallmark; a brother, James Hallmark and wife Laverne; two granddaughters, Savanna Hallmark and Emily Hallmark; a sister, Linda Adams and husband John; and several extended relatives and many friends who loved him and will miss him.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 12:30PM – 2:30PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.  Graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, at Grubb Springs Cemetery with Pastor Heath Kirkpatrick officiating.

Pallbearers are family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ozark Humane Society or a local Angel Tree Christmas Program for children.
