Johnny Errol Coonts, age 49 of Independence, Missouri passed away Monday, January 11, 2010 at his home in Independence.
The son of Freddie George and Patsy Coonts was born January 1, 1961 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Johnny enjoyed playing music. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.
His mother preceded him in death.
Survivors are his father, Freddie Coonts of El Dorado Springs, Missouri; brothers, Jerry Coonts and wife, Melissa also of El Dorado Springs, Missouri and Gary Coonts and wife, Kathy of Independence, Missouri.
Graveside service was Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Tarlton Cemetery in Lurton, Arkansas. Stan Taylor officiated.
Pallbearers were Mike Helm, Zac Helm, Ryan Baker, Jerry Coonts, Gary Coonts, and Wayne Daniel.
Arrangements were handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, Arkansas.
