Obituary
Johnny Waymon Brasel, age 72, a resident of Newhope, Arkansas died Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at his home.
He was born February 14, 1943 in Harrison, Arkansas. He was retired from Rich Mountain Electric.
Mr. Brasel was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Mabel Hutchens Brasel.
He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Greg Brasel of Newhope, Arkansas and Joey and Libby Brasel of Jasper, Arkansas; one brother and sister-in-law, Bennie and Kathy Brasel of Jasper; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Charlotte and Charles Ramsey of Deer, Arkansas, Kathy and Floy Villines of Harrison, Arkansas and Denna Faye Dickey, also of Harrison; 4 grandchildren, Kaylynn Brasel, Kassidy Dorrell, LaBecca Brasel and Shianna Brasel; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services for Mr. Brasel were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 13, 2015 in the Union Hill Cemetery in Jasper, Arkansas under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper.
Visitation was 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, June 12th at the Wilkerson Funeral Home in Dierks.
