John Arthur Craig, age 92, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at home on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.

The son of Arthur Robert Craig and Mittie (Tomlinson) Craig was born in Harrison on October 16, 1930.

He was a veteran of the US Navy and served his country in the Korean Conflict.  He was a retired electrician, working many years for Vought Aeronautics and AT &T.  John was an avid HAM Radio operator, with the highest-level license, "Amateur Extra Class".

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, a brother, James F. Craig, and a son, Stephen Glenn Craig.

John is survived by his son, John Arthur "Buddy" Craig, Jr., and wife Suzette; two brothers, Wayne Craig and Doug Craig, and many extended relatives and friends.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, December 7, 2022 in Milam Cemetery on Silver Valley Road near Harrison.  Raymond Stills will officiate.

Open visitation will be Tuesday from 8A-5P at Coffman Funeral Home.
