Obituary
John Tyler Carter, age 35 of Chicago, Illinois passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 in Chicago.
The son of John and Linda Carter was born on April 30, 1982 in Galveston, Texas.
Ty attended Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Missouri and Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. He was an avid bodybuilder and nutritionist. Ty was employed as a personal fitness trainer.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Arthur Carter Jr. and Edna Jane Carter and his maternal grandfather, Manuel Forest.
Ty is survived by his parents, John and Linda Carter of Western Grove, Arkansas; his maternal grandmother, Norma Forest of Harrison; 2 brothers, Thatcher Carter of Western Grove and Justin Carter and wife Danielle of Chicago, Illinois; a nephew, Jackson T. Carter and a niece, Scarlett C. Carter of Chicago and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many others who will mourn his passing.
A memorial graveside service will be held Monday, July 24 at 10:00 am at the Western Grove Cemetery with Rex Middleton and Colby Forest officiating.
