Jessie Raines passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at the Autumn Hill Nursing Home in Berryville, Arkansas.

Jessie was born September 11, 1924 in the Cloverdale Community in northern Boone County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry "Hank" Williams and Lottie Mae (Barker) Williams; her first husband, Cuspert "C.R." Jones and an infant son, J.C. She was also preceded in death by her second husband, Herbert C. Raines and a sister; Cliffie Marler.

Survivors are her son, Billy Joe "B.J" Jones and his wife, Monica Jones; five grandchildren and their spouses, Tony and Jeanette Jones of Green Forest, Arkansas, Tommy and Pam Jones of Greenburg, Pennsylvania, Angel and Mike Goodman of Green Forest, Arkansas, Ronnie and Marianne Jones of Branson, Missouri, and Rodney and Stephanie Jones of Green Forest, Arkansas; thirteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Other survivors include her two step-grandchildren, Francine and Seana Youngblood; two sisters, Chessie Rand and Lenia Blevins, both of Omaha, Arkansas; two brothers and their spouses, Johnny and Verna Williams of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Roy and Wilma Williams of Ava, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews.

She was of the Pentecostal faith and enjoyed reading her Bible and listening to old hymns.

Visitation was Thursday, July 28, 2011 with the service Friday, July 29, 2011, both at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Grandson, Tommy Jones officiated.

Burial followed in Omaha Methodist Cemetery with pallbearers being Tony Jones, Ronnie Jones, Rodney Jones, Terik Jones, Caleb Goodman, and Josiah Goodman. Honorary pallbearers were Mike Goodman, Levi Jones, Ricky Rand, Laurence Blevins, Jason Rand, and Henry Williams.

Jessie was a great joy to all who knew and loved her. Rest in Jesus Mother.
