Jessie Junior Allen, of Harrison, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Hillcrest Home. He was 74 years old.

The son of Joe Cephis and Florence Alley (Carver) Allen was born on March 14, 1947 in Valliant, Oklahoma.

Jessie was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Viet Nam War. He worked with the Buffalo National Parks as a maintenance worker for 17 years. Jessie was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and making arrowheads. Jessie loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Mary Nichols; and a brother, William Allen.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Mary Allen; one son and his wife, Daniel Lee and Jezann Allen; two daughters and their husbands, Darla June and Paul Autrey and Chrystal Dawn and Shannon McClellan; five grandchildren, Whitney LaDawn Shannon and husband, Nathan, Clarissa Ann Autrey, Christopher Derek Allen and wife, Samantha, Abbagail Dawn McClellan, and Oliver Ray McClellan; four great grandchildren, Silver Elizabeth Shannon, Theodore Christian Shannon, Issac Derek Allen, and Issabella Marie Allen; and  a brother, Francess Ray Allen.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
