Jerry Olen Lampkin, 68 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Harrison Nursing and Rehabilitation.
The son of James Robert and Orpha (Snider) Lampkin was born at Gideon, Missouri on November 12, 1950. He was a veteran of the US Marines, serving in the Vietnam Era. He moved his family to Boone County 47 years ago from St. Louis, Missouri.
He was a member of Revival Center in Harrison. Jerry enjoyed fishing before his health declined and was involved in veteran's activities and loved going to church. He loved his children and grandchildren and spending time with them.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Robert Lampkin and a brother, James Arnold "Tony" Lampkin.
Jerry is survived by his mother, Orpha Lampkin; his children, Tammy Spence and husband Danny, Scott Lampkin and wife Darlene, Branden Lampkin and wife Syndee and Ceasar "C.J." Lampkin; his siblings, Sue Hudson, Billy Lampkin and wife Betty, Debra Leonard, Timothy Lampkin, Tena Lampkin, Donna Burnett and husband Alan, Anthony Lampkin and wife Christine and Tanya Aliano and husband Stephen; five grandchildren, Jeremy Spence and wife Cara, Amber Moses and husband Jake, Annabelle Lampkin, Dean Lampkin and Izzy Lampkin; three great grandchildren, Ryleigh Spence, Timer Moses and Dani Jo Moses; his former wives and mothers of his children, Rita Linn and Heda Lampkin and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside services were at 1:00 PM, Friday, March 22, 2019 at York Cemetery in Bergman with Danny Spence officiating.
Visitation was Thursday from 6-8 PM at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.
Pallbearers were Jeremy Spence, Jake Moses, Timothy Lampkin, Andy Lampkin, Victor Markle, Stephen Aliano and Alan Burnett.
