Jeffrey Eugene "Jeff" White, age 56, of Dover, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at home surrounded by his family.

The son of James White and Norien Feaster was born at Little Rock, Arkansas on August 6, 1968. He graduated from Dover High School in 1986 and lived in Dover most of his life.

Jeff was a self-employed contractor, remodeling and building many homes. He enjoyed kayaking and restoring old cars. He was very smart and awesome at everything. Jeff was loved by everyone. He would give you the shirt off his back. He was an all-around wonderful person, and a loving son, brother, and uncle.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Walter West.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Norien Hampton; his father, James White; his fiancée, Debbie Ward; two brothers, Richard White and Jimmy Hampton; two sisters, Polly West and Kathy Yarber; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives and many dear friends.

Everyone that knew Jeff loved him. Wherever he went, and whatever he did, he made friends. He is gone too soon from our lives, and he will be greatly missed.

A celebration of Jeff's life and potluck will be held at Jeff's home (125 Booger Hollow Rd in Dover) on Saturday, April 12 (2025) from Noon until 5 PM (or until everyone goes home). If you would like, please bring a covered dish and your favorite memories of Jeff to share.
