Obituary
The daughter of Eugene Milton Surratt and Nellie Arietta (Bell) Surratt was born November 30, 1938 in Blythe, California.
Janis enjoyed gardening, dancing, bowling and fishing.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ronald Terry Kemp; and her brothers and sisters.
Janis Kemp is survived by her sons, Mark Shadwick of Arizona and Mathew Shadwick of Colorado; her daughter, Crystal Lowe of Harrison; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Lowe, Kurtis Lowe and Samuel Lowe and one great-grandchild, Teagen Lowe.
Memorial service will be Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, 11:00 at Grace Christian Center with Daniel Lowe officiating.
Cremation and arrangements by Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.
