On Saturday, January 7th, 2023, Jan Roy passed away peacefully at home with her loved ones by her side at age 81.

Jan was born to William and Louise Mitchell on September 3, 1941 in Eureka, Kansas.

She had a beautiful voice and a green thumb. Those that knew her, knew how much she enjoyed gardening, nature, her animals, cooking, visiting her church and her family. Jan was a strong woman whose laughter was contagious.

Jan is survived by her two sisters, Gail Dickinson and Shirley Dickinson; three children, Ken Kelly, Perry Kelly, and Lou Ann Elliott; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

She will rest at Elmwood cemetery in Harrison, Arkansas.

There will not be a service at Jan's request.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's in Jan Roy's honor.
