Obituary
James Duke Ulrich, age 66 of Pelsor, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at his home.
The son of Bernard and Ruth (Fansler) Ulrich was born on June 28, 1948 in South Bend, Indiana.
He was a wood worker/carpenter and had moved to Newton County in 1973 from Corpus Christi, Texas.
Duke was preceded in death by his parents; a son Joshua Deuel Ulrich and a grandson, Joshua Ulrich.
Survivors are his daughter Greta Ulrich of Elkins, Arkansas; the mother of his children Shirley Ulrich of Elkins, Arkansas; two brothers Charles Ulrich of Florida and Gary Patterson of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren Savannah and Michael Gayer, Hannah Ulrich Jones, Jacob White and Caleb Ulrich.
Burial was 2 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Richland Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Kenneth Sprague, Bryan Myers, Dr. Joe Padilla, Caleb Ulrich, Charles Ulrich and Gary Patterson.
Arrangements by Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper.
