Frankie Spears, age 78 of Vendor, AR, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at his home in Vendor.

The son of Dudley and Pearlee (Collins) Spears was born on August 19, 1943, in Vendor, AR.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Vernon Spears, Howard Spears, and Raymond Spears; and his sisters, Ann Henson, Berniece Holt, and Burnell O'Neal.

Frankie attended Piercetown Holiness Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He also enjoyed gardening, horseback riding, and working on equipment.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine (Bolin) Spears of the home; his sons and daughters-in-law, Nelson and Kimberly Spears of Harrison and Randal and Jodie Spears of Everton, AR; his daughters and sons-in-law, Helene and David Jones of Yellville, AR. and Jessica and Brett Eddings of Jasper, AR; 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, April 22, 2022, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper with Pastor Anthony Bower officiating.  Burial will follow in Carver Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Donald Holt, Ray Spears, Pete Spears, Colton Spears, Randal Spears, and James Spears.

Honorary pallbearers are Clint Spears, Logan Slaughter, Ryan Campbell, and Lucas Eddings.
