Obituary
James Lewis Laughter, age 66 of Roach MO, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, MO.
The son of Walter Lewis and Jewell (Watson) Laughter was born November 10, 1951 in Akron, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, John David Laughter; a brother-in-law, Gerald Burris; and a nephew, Ronald Gene Burris.
James was a member of the Beagle Club. He enjoyed rabbit hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his sons, Shawn and Robert; his daughters, Terri Lynn, Kathryn and Kristin; his brothers Jerry Laughter and wife Carol of Rogers, AR and Tony Laughter of Warsaw, MO; his sisters, Jacki Burris of Warsaw, MO, Donna Laughter of Roach, MO and Tammy Davis of Rogers, AR; and numerous grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, AR.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Nail Church in Nail, AR with Bobby Young officiating. Burial will follow in Hickory Gove Cemetery in Nail, AR.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Laughter, Daniel Laughter, Joshua Laughter, Tony Laughter, Ryan Davis, and Arlon Simpson.
Honorary pallbearers are Roger Watson and Argus Watson.
