James Leroy Kindall, age 75, of Harrison, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at Veterans Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville.

The son of Onas and Mabel (Rea) Kindall was born on May 20, 1947.

Leroy graduated from Bergman High School, studied at Draughon Business College, served in the United States Army and retired from Trans World Airline.

After retirement, he moved back to Harrison and worked part-time at Thompson's Ace Hardware.

Leroy enjoyed traveling all over the world and enjoyed the last 10 years traveling many miles in the Ozarks and beyond on the back roads and looking for good places to eat.

Leroy is survived by his son, Brian Michael and one granddaughter, Autumn Kindall; one brother, Harold Dean and his wife, Wilma; two sisters, Mickey Markle and Sue Wiltermuth; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; baby brother, Onas; one brother, LG "Jiggs" Kindall and his wife, Joyce; one sister, Leola Branch and her husband, Ernie; brothers-in-law, Roy Markle and Pat Wiltermuth; and a sister-in-law, Doris Kindall.

No services will be held per Leroy's request.
