James Harry Jacob, age 57 of Green Forest, Arkansas passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012 at his home.
The son of John Patrick and Madonna Elaine (McMahon) Jacob was born March 23, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois.
He is the husband of Terry Ellen (Mathew) Jacob.
Cremation and arrangements have been handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison, Arkansas.
There will be a memorial service held at at later date.
