James 'Jamie" Floyd Henderson, age 48 of Deer, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

The son of Roy Earl and Leta Fern (Kilgore) Henderson was born June 11, 1977, in Harrison, AR.

Jamie lived in Newton County his whole life.  He enjoyed cowboying, hunting, and fishing.  He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them.

Jamie is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Leta Henderson, and his grandparents, Floyd and Walcie Mae Kilgore and Robert and Faye Henderson.

Jamie is survived by his children, Justin Henderson, Abi Henderson, Carley Henderson, and Bailey and Abe Campbell; his sisters, Linda Kilburn, Donna Farmer, Jolena Villines, and June Coonts; three grandchildren; and his cousins, Brock and Nickie Henderson, and Michael and Miranda Henderson.

A Memorial visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 PM, Tuesday January 27, 2026 at the Jasper Senior Center.
