The son of Albert and Virginia (Brown) Frisby, he was born July 13, 1948 in Dos Palas, California.
He is the husband of Sylvia Ann (Wilkinson) Frisby.
Cremation and arrangements are being handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
There will be a memorial service at a later date in California.
