James Edward Casey Finch, of Hasty, Arkansas went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 7, 2017 at home at the age of 24.
He was born August 10, 1992 in Harrison, Arkansas and was a lifelong resident of Newton County. He enjoyed 4-wheeler riding, fishing and tinkering with stuff. He loved playing with his kids and dogs.
James Casey was able to make people smile no matter the circumstances, and was loyal to the people he cared for. He was a loving, sweet and goofy husband, and a devoted father, son and brother. He loved his girls beyond measure and will be remembered by his family and friends for his big, kind and caring heart.
He was preceded in death by his adoptive father and grandfather, Red Finch and his great grandparents, Lueisa Bolin and Carl Bolin.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel (Hosman) Finch; his mother and step-father, Evadetta and Thomas Simmons; his adoptive mother and grandmother, Eula Finch; two daughters, Jamie Finch and Jazlynn Finch; a brother, Chase Simmons; a sister, Hannah Porter; two uncles, Ross Jasper and wife Ruth and Edward Jasper all of Hasty; his mother-in-law, Judith Hosman; his father-in-law, Ralph Hosman; brother-in-law, Sean Rabone and nephew, Ashton Norton all of Harrison and many other relatives and friends who loved him and will miss him.
Graveside services are at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Sand Hill Cemetery in Yardelle with Russell Shackelford officiating.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.
Pallbearers are Chase Simmons, Ross Jasper, Edward Jasper, Trinity Jasper, Thomas Simmons and Buddy Reece.
Honorary Pallbearers are Jim Pearson-Legacy Hospice RN, Shelby Jasper, Tyler Walters and Sean Rabone.
Flowers are accepted or memorial contributions can be made to the family.
