James Edward "Jim" Bel, 84 years old, lived in many places, due to being in the US Navy for 20 years. He was born in Conway, Missouri on December 21, 1938, the fifth of ten children to Harold and Esther Bel.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Jeanette; and one brother, Joe.

He leaves behind his loving wife Pat Bel, of sixty-two years; his granddaughter, Sheree and husband Garrett McMullen; two great grandchildren, Reese and Jaxon McMullen; and their dog, Abe; and his siblings, Katherine LaBass, Mary Margullis, Richard Bel, Gwen Long, Patsy Boyd, H.G. Bel, and Lillian Biggers. He loved them all very much. We will all miss him. But we are glad that he is with his Lord Jesus now.

Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
