Obituary

Jack Wagley Wilson, age 88 of Harrison, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. He was born April 3, 1926 in Valley View, Arkansas to William Jefferson Wilson and Mary Lemmer (Wagley) Wilson.

He was a member of a Baptist church in Springfield, Missouri and was also a member of the Odd Fellers Club and the Muzzle Loaders Club. He served in the Air force during WWII. He then joined the Army in 1952 where he served in Korea for 14 months. He served in the Army for 9 years.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Marvin Wilson, Dan Wilson, and Willard Wilson, and his sisters, Jean Hamilton, Helen Fox, and Elizabeth Aydelotte.

He is survived by his sister, Mary Jo Roberts of Sulphur, Louisiana, his brother, Jay Frank Wilson of Harrison, and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a dear friend and his caregiver for over 40 years, J. R. and Alice Renfroe.

There will be a memorial service at a later date. Cremation and arrangements are by Coffman Funeral Home.
