Jackie "Jack" Lynn Copeland, age 78 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Apple Ridge Health & Rehab in Harrison.
The son of Albert and Ollie (Kankey) Copeland was born May 10, 1933 in Cowell, Arkansas.
Jack was a Christian. He enjoyed baseball, automobiles, country music and music by Loretta Lynn.
He was a member of the Teamsters Union.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Madgelene Copeland, Delora Bennett, Marie Schuchert, JoAnn Patterson; and a brother, J.T. Copeland.
Survivors are his wife, Shirley ((Sutton) Copeland of the home; son, Jack Copeland of DePere, WI; daughters, Jennifer Copeland of Independence, MO and Cheryl Lamb of Lee's Summit, MO; step-sons, David Henderson of Vallejo, CA, Larry Henderson of Jamestown, CA, Stephen Henderson of Rodeo, CA, and Randall Henderson of Harrison;
sister, Virginia Hammond and husband Blanton of Lee's Summit, MO; and four grandchildren, Zachary Lamb, Nolan Lamb, Alan Copeland, and Miranda Copeland.
Visitation was Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
Service was Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Clyde Noakes officiating.
Burial followed in Maplewood Cemetery with pallbearers being Jim Lamb, Zach Lamb, Nolan Lamb, Alan Copeland, Jack Copeland, and Howard Glover.
Honorary pallbearers were Darrell Youngblood and Harrell Curtis.
