Ira "Butch" Ake, age 75 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Sunday, June 21, 2015 in Harrison.
The son of Owen and Phyllis (Schaffer) Ake was born on June 1, 1940 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Billy Paul Kolb.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda (Dugger) Ake of Harrison, Arkansas; one son, Jac Ake and wife Benita of Harrison; two daughters, Jil Blacksher and husband Marc of Branson Missouri and Amy Kolb of Harrison; two sisters, Ila Andrews of Massachusetts and Oma Hall of Connecticut; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 10:00am at White Church Cemetery with Robert Mapes officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel.
Pallbearers include Jac Ake, Scott Cotham, Cleyton Ake, Noah Kolb, Keith Sain, Ben Pridmore, Marc Blacksher and Darryl Villines.
