Howard Dwayne Biggers, of St. Joe, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026 at Hospice of the Hills House.  He was 72 years old. 

The son of Bennie Stills, Sr. and Betty (Morris) Stills was born on October 11, 1953, in Wichita, Kansas. 

Howard was a longtime truck driver and fishing guide on the Buffalo River for many years. 

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

Survivors include two sisters, Terri (Dave) Jones, of Little Rock, Arkansas and Claudie (Larry) Glenn, of St. Joe, Arkansas; one brother, Bennie Stills, Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. 

A family conducted memorial service is Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Zion's Light Baptist Church, in Duff, AR.
