Obituary
Homer E. Smith, age 87, of Bergman, AR, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2007 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
The son of William Henry and Minnie Mae (Smith) Smith, was born August 22, 1919 in Bergman. His parents preceded him in death, along with his brothers, Fred and Tom; and his sisters, Edith Blevins and Lillie Smith.
Homer was in the U.S. Army during WWII and was an auto mechanic.
Survivors are his brother, Samuel Smith of Bergman; nephews, Ronnie Smith and David Blevins and a niece, Patricia (Smith) Kelley.
Visitation was Sunday, March 18 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Graveside service was Monday at York Cemetery in Bergman. Pallbearers were David Breece, James Breece, Hoyt Davidson, James Keeton, Maurce Sharp, and L. D. Friend.
