Helen Louise Shelton Harrison, age 83 of Lowell, Arkansas went to her heavenly home Thursday, January 29, 2015 surrounded by family in her home. She was born July 28, 1931 in Wayton, Arkansas to John and Dora Taylor Shelton. She raised her children in Parthenon, Arkansas and later in life moved to Lowell, Arkansas to be near her children. Helen was a member of the United Baptist Church in Springdale, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; the father of her children, Reed Harrison; one sister, Rose Youngblood; five brothers, Ellis Shelton, Oscar Shelton, Gene Shelton, Bill Shelton, Custer Lee Shelton; and one granddaughter, Mona Louisa Hernandez.

Survivors include her children (and their spouses); Junior Harrison (Kathy) and Johnny Harrison (Brenda) of Lowell, Arkansas; Roselea Hernandez (Rey) of Rogers, Arkansas; Jimmy Harrison (Susan) of Muse, Oklahoma; and Anna Mae Drittler (James) of Lowell, Arkansas; She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was 6pm-8pm Friday, February 6th at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, Arkansas. Services were 2pm Saturday, February 7th at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper followed by interment at Union Hill Cemetery, Parthenon, Arkansas.
