Obituary
Hazel Jean Sarratt, age 81 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Monday, October 15, 2012 at Hospice of the Hills Hospice House in Harrison.
The daughter of Theodore and Bertie (Beaver) Greathouse was born April 6, 1931 in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
She was of the nondenominational faith and was a homemaker.
She held many positions in the TOPS Club and had been President of the Senior Center Club. She also enjoyed playing Bingo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; the father of her children, Buck Denney; her husband, Denver Sarratt; a sister, Iva Dean; and a grandson, Michael Gregg Denney.
Survivors are her daughters, Mary Lou Bradford, Deborah Clorine Taylor and Peggy Ann Rife; sister, Shirley Jane LaChance and her husband Joe; nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was Thursday, October 18, 2012 with service Friday, October 19, 2012, both at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Linda Dennis did the speaking.
Burial followed in Custer-Herron Cemetery at Henderson, Arkansas with grandsons serving as pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers were friends from the Senior Center Club.
