Hazel Lorene Kelley, age 80 of Summit, Arkansas passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 in Summit.
The daughter of Charlie and Reba Dow was born on December 20, 1935 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charley Kelley and numerous brothers and sisters.
She is survived by 2 sons, Edward C. Kelley of Summit, Arkansas and Eddie Kelley of Pyatt, Arkansas; 1 sister, Patricia Morris of Pocola, Oklahoma and many other family and friends who will mourn her passing.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are being handled by Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison. Online condolences may be left at www.coffmanfh.com.
