Hayden C. Graddy, 84 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at home surrounded by his family.

The son of Buford (Sr.) and Willie (Bowling) Graddy was born at Clinton, Arkansas on June 22, 1933.

Hayden was a member of the Bellefonte Church of Christ. He was 1951 graduate of Valley Springs High School and had attended college at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. He was a life member of Harrison Round-Up Club. He worked for Harris Baking Company and thoroughly enjoyed his bread route. He was a dedicated salesman for Ohio National Life Insurance Company for over 50 years.

Hayden enjoyed riding horses, sports, playing checkers and pitch. He was an avid Valley Springs basketball fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Bobby Dixon Graddy, Buford Graddy Jr., and Bill Graddy; a sister, Juanita Sullivan; two brothers-in-law, Jim Sullivan and Ron Harris and two sisters-in-law, Blanche Graddy and Bennie Lou Graddy.

Hayden is survived by his wife of 66 years, Modean (Harris) Graddy of the home; his children, Larry Hayden Graddy and wife Janet of Valley Springs, Pamela Dean Lackey and husband Troy of Yellville and John Christopher Graddy and wife Crystal of Valley Springs; a sister-in-law, Ann Harris of Booneville, AR; 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who loved him and will miss him.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Bellefonte Church of Christ with Bro. Ray Crawford officiating. Burial will follow at Warner Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

Pallbearers are Scott Graddy, Brad Sands, Thanh Ketchum, James Wilburn, Ben Wilburn and Chase Graddy.

Honorary Pallbearers are Valley Springs Class of 1951, His Supper Club, McDonald's Early Morning Coffee Drinkers and The Wednesday Horseback Riders.
