Harvey Eugene Sanders, of Western Grove, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022. He was 80 years old.

The son of Charles E. and Odessa (Craig) Sanders was born on October 19, 1941 in Magness, Oklahoma.

Harvey worked with his brother, John, at Dairy Queen for many years. He was a man of many talents and was an expert craftsman. He especially enjoyed creating tools that were used in early American History. Harvey was an avid history buff and gun collector. Harvey was a strong believer in the Christian faith and was a generous and loving person who will be missed by many.

Harvey was also a veteran of the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, John and Charles; and one sister, Sandra.

Survivors include one sister-in-law, Barbara Sanders; and several nieces and nephews.

No services are planned.

Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home.
