Harland Lee Snyder, age 68 of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 at is home in Harrison.
The son of Harland Lee Blake and Iva Clayton was born January 10, 1947 in Wheeling, West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Wayne Snyder.
Harland worked for General Dynamics in Ponoma, California before retiring in 1987. He then moved to Harrison, Arkansas and worked for the Harrison School District until retiring from that in 2004.
Harland enjoyed fishing, hot rods and fast cars. He also enjoyed wood working and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Lisa Gomez and husband Robert of Harrison, Michael Snyder and wife Brenda of Arizona, and Michelle Moore and husband Joshua of Harrison; Grandchildren, Cassandra Plumlee, Robert Gomez, Jr., Anthony Gomez, Reynaldo Gomez, Gavin Moore, Sydney Moore, Terra Snyder, and Jake Snyder; and his great grandchildren, Shyra and Olivia Plumlee.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
