Glynna Jo Mallard, age 85, of Harrison, Arkansas, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 24, 2022.

The daughter of the late Hersel and Lexie (McGlasson) Bryant was born August 18, 1936 in Cowell, Arkansas.  She was a longtime member of Eagle Heights Church where she taught the Dorkus Sunday School Class for 40 years.  She loved the Lord and studying her Bible.

She worked as the manager of the Green Stamp Store and worked in the JcPenney business office for 19 years in Harrison.

Glynna enjoyed cross-stitching, camping at the lake and traveling.  She was a loving wife and mother and especially loved her grandkids and great grandkids.  She loved serving others, and being involved at church.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Lon Bryant and brother-in-law, James Watkins.

Glynna is survived by her husband of 68 years, Jim Mallard; three daughters, Karen Lair (Lee Dunlap), Debbie Vines and husband Tim and Barbara Villines and husband Kevin; brother, J.B. Bryant and wife Kathy; sister, Sherrlene Watkins, sister-in-law, Lena Bryant; seven grandchildren, Shelley, Dara, Danae, Trey, Toby, Joey and T.J.; 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and extended relatives.

Funeral service will be at 10 AM, Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Kennith Stacy officiating.  Burial will follow at Western Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 PM – 7 PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are T.J. Vines, Joey Vines, Trey Villines, Toby Villines, Cooper Dowell and Doug Watkins.
