Glenda “Windi” Spears, of Western Grove, passed away at her home on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. She was 73 years old.

The daughter of Robert Miller and Beulah (Spears) Miller was born on September 13, 1952 in Maywood, California.

Windi was an avid outdoorswoman who found great joy in spending time at the Buffalo River, fishing, and taking scenic drives. She also enjoyed gardening and watching the birds in her yard. She was affectionately known as the "Family Historian" for her extensive research into her family's genealogy and her passion for preserving its history. Windi also enjoyed visiting the cemeteries where family and friends had been laid to rest, not only to pay her respects but also to lovingly clean and restore their monuments.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Doug Miller.

Survivors include one daughter, Becki Gandolfo and partner, Michael Wolkow, of Lawton, Oklahoma; two sisters, Charlotte Williams and Marsha Olsen, both of Oakdale, California; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside service will be on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 1:30 PM at Sand Hill Cemetery in Yardelle.
