Gladys Marie (Treat) Cross Campbell of Mt. Judea, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 3, 2012 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, Arkansas at the age of 83.

She was born August 7, 1929 at Mt. Judea, Arkansas the daughter of Victor and Walcie (Greenhaw) Treat.

She was a homemaker, life time resident of Newton County and of the Pentecostal faith. Gladys attended church at Hasty Holiness Church and Bethlehem Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Deward Cross and Binum Campbell; two grandsons, Adam Cross and Joshua Eastep; a sister, Edna Cross and two brothers, Noah Treat and James Cross.

Survivors are her children: four sons, Eugene and Betty Cross and Jimmie and Judy Cross all of Mt. Judea, AR, Raymond Cross and Bobby and Nancy Cross all of Western Grove, AR; two daughters, Mary and Bobby Campbell and Debbie and Greg Parttridge all of Western Grove, AR; two brothers, Frankie and Dorothy Cross and Troy and Earla Cross; one sister, Gelene Ricketts; nineteen grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren and countless nieces, nephews and other relatives. She is also survived by special caregivers, Latrisha Lawrence and Ruth Campbell.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper with Jimmy Greenhaw and Kenneth Campbell officiating.

Burial will follow in the Mt. Judea Cemetery under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Eric Campbell, Jr., Cody Eastep, Michael Cross, Waylon Cross, Gary Cross and Ryan Cross. Honorary pallbearers are Brian Cross, Louis Cross, Kenneth and Ruth Campbell and all grandchildren.
