Obituary

Gary Ray Williams, age 64 of Deer, Arkansas passed away Friday, June 24, 2016 at his home.

The son of Gus Teddy and Cutella Faye (Barber) Williams was born on November 2, 1951 at Deer, Arkansas.

Gary was a brick layer and had lived most of his life in Newton County.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gus Teddy Williams; a sister, Chanie Kathy Larimer; three nephews, Jeffery Williams, Lewis Mulanax and Timothy Robinson and a great-niece, Halie Lynn Willms.

Survivors are his wife, Thelma "Susie" Williams; his mother, Faye Williams; three sons, David and Michelle Williams, Johnny and Leah Williams and Billy and DeQuita Williams; a daughter, Dana Williams and Shawn; five brothers, Jerry and Nola Williams, Jearl and Barbara Williams, Larry Williams, Ricky and Linda Williams, and Edward and Donna Williams; two sisters, Ruth and Leon Sexton and Lynn Basinger; a brother-in-law, Gary Larimer; thirteen grandchildren, Jenna, Linda, Brett, Von, Mason, Jade, Ainsley, Kyra, Vanessa, Mythias, Emiree, Taylor and Coleman; two great-grandchildren, Waylon Laine and Maci Rae and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends who mourn his passing.

Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Deer School Gymnasium with Brother Bobby Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Deer Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 P.M. Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Williams, Jearl Williams, Larry Williams, Ricky Williams, Edward Williams and Scott Richardson. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
