Frank Breedlove, age 76 of Deer, AR, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, AR.

The son of Lee and Virgie (Holcombe) Breedlove was born October 19, 1942 in Wayton, AR.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and one sister.

Frank was a member of the Wayton United Baptist Church.  He was Chairman on the Deer School Board for many years.  He was a member of the Local 83 Boiler Maker Union in Kansas City, MO. He was also on the Deer Water Board, the Newton County Cattlemen's Association, and Chairman of the board of the NCCD.

He is survived by his wife Joyce (Casey) Breedlove of Deer; his son Franklin Breedlove, JR. of Wayton; his daughter Joei Phillips and husband Jason of Wayton; his sisters, Christene Williams of Wayton, Shirley Shelton of Parthenon, and Karen Hodge of Wayton; his grandchildren, Bodhi Watkins, Kobee Watkins, Dalton Phillips, Bayler Phillips, Madison Breedlove, Macie Breedlove, Jett Breedlove and Charlee Breedlove.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, AR.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the funeral home with Troy Walker and David Edgmon officiating. Burial will follow in Wayton Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be his nephews and grandsons.

Honorary pallbearers are members of the NCCD Board.
