Obituary
Billie Francene Stone, age 71 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
The daughter of Bill and Francis (Cade) Heard was born November 7, 1945 in Tyler, Texas.
Francene and Jim moved to Harrison in 1982 and were members of Woodland Heights Baptist Church. Francene was very active at her church, working as the church secretary, as well as serving in the church kitchen, food ministry, nursery and making blankets for babies.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Stone of Harrison; two sisters, Juanita Buchanan and Jackie Hardaway of Tyler, Texas and a host of other relatives, friends and her church family that loved her and will miss her.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Woodland Heights Baptist Church in Harrison, Arkansas with Pastor Heath Kirkpatrick officiating.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund to help with funeral expenses has been established at www.woodlandheightschurch.org by clicking on "donate".
