Fonzie Harrison Goodson, age 82 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015 in Harrison.
The son of Mack and Mattie Francis (Caraway) Goodson was born on April 2, 1933 in Atmore, Alabama.
He served his country in the National Guard , was a welder and was an Independent Fundamental Baptist Preacher for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a wife, Dorothy; and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by 3 daughters, Peggy LaBellarte of Harrison, Arkansas, Ruby Edwards of Jakin, Georgia and Ginger Straub of Monroe, Michigan; one sister, Francis Weaver of Atmore, Alabama; 10 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren and many others who will mourn his passing.
A visitation will be held Sunday, November 29 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison. Services and burial will follow at a later date in Atmore, Alabama.
