Obituary
Evelyn Whittenburg, age 65 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Monday, January 12, 2015.
The daughter of Clyde Lucas and Mary Ellen (Davis) Conn was born August 9, 1949 in Adrian, Missouri.
Evelyn was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening and going to garage sales.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Larry Conn.
Survivors are her husband of 48 years, Jim Whittenburg of the home; daughters, Mary Harris and husband David, Barbara Horton, Carolyn Hallmark and husband Craig, Pam Cecil and husband Lonnie Brockman, Jr, all of Harrison; brother and sisters, Kenneth Conn, Nancy Orozco, Velma Jones, and Linda Sue Farmer all of Independence, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Coffman Funeral Home.
Service was Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Grubb Springs Baptist Church with Pastor Bob Meredith officiating.
Burial followed in Eoff Cemetery with pallbearers being Evelyn's grandsons, Brandon Richardson, Houston Harris, Lucas Harris, Michael Horton, Kelly Horton, and Sheldon Blair.
Honorary pallbearers were Lester Daniels, Lynn Villines and Mark Price.
